21天养成一个新的习惯,运动的同时也会产生多巴胺,慢慢的让人爱上健身。我教过的几位会员深蹲,卧推和硬拉成绩都至少翻了一倍,循序渐进,注意细节,慢慢调整,才能越走越远。健身不是跟别人比,而是和自己比,远离伤病,快乐健身才能真正乐在其中。
